From what I am reading I have come to the conclusion that my ice cream will be rock hard and may even have chrystals if I simply follow a basic LC ice cream recipe. The other suggestions seem to be too much hassle. I don't eat that much ice cream. I appreciate you telling me about this ahead of time. My ice cream maker is going back to the store. Kinda disappointing.
