Default Cramps, cramps, cramps!

No, not that kind. For the past few weeks I've had muscle cramps everywhere. Reaching to scratch the small of my back will cause cramps in my shoulder. A morning wake-up stretch will cause cramps in my neck. Teasing the cat by grabbing her tail with my toes will cause my toes to cramp.

I've been on the Atkins Diet for two months. I drink a lot of water and eat a lot of salted nuts so I don't think it's an electrolyte problem. I rely on fish for protein because I don't eat animal meat.

Any ideas what could be causing the cramps?
