I am not trying to complain, but i have some very stressful stuff happening in my life, and i just don't know how much longer i can keep this up, without seeing any results.... I want to commit to low carb forever, but when the stress is just weighing you down, it is hard to repeatedly turn down the temptation when you are feeling discouraged...

Stress is one of the factors that will make you not lose weight.

The interesting thing about starting low-carbing and deciding to lose fat is that it teaches you where you have to change things in your life. The way you eat, your thoughts...all the things that brought you to low-carbing in the first place.

I don't have any easy answers, but learning how to deal with the stress in your life is a good place to begin. There will always be stress. It's how you react to it that makes the difference in the quality of how you feel and function.
