BFL CH 2, Week 9, Day 6:
Ok...That just might have been my best UBW w/o EVER!!!!
I am surprised because I was feeling tired this morning...Sort of achey...I had a protein shake with some raspberries thrown in about 30 minutes before my w/o...Hmmm...
Anyway...
I am using the same UBW listed on this page but changed my incline curls (biceps) to concentration curls & added some tricep dips for my super set.
