well here is Australia there is sugar in most tomato sauces yes. No idea about any other country, sorry. (But I would guess that there is extra added sugar) Do some label checking next time you are at the grocery store?

I just looked in your journal. If you are using the Keto ketchup still, it's one of the low carb brands mentioned in the thread I was talking about earlier
