I eat almost all my meals out. For breakfast I usually have an Atkins bar or something like that, and then still order a side of bacon (2 strips, I have found it helps me feel full longer) at a local drive through. For lunch I either stop at McDonalds for 2 big-and-tasties without the bun, no ketchup and extra mayonaise, and an ice tea. For dinner I eat out again, usually a steak with melted bleu cheese on top with a salad with cheese, egg and bacon sprinkled on it (fresh bacon) and sometimes even add a chicken breast to it (and take that home for breakfast). Applebees is wonderful for that. At IHOP I usually order the steak and eggs (over-easy, no gravy or sauces), or the pork-chops and eggs. I drink water all day long, or ice tea. To snack I eat pork rinds with melted cheese over it on those days that I havent used my cheese quota yet. For dessert I always eat sugar free jeloo with whipping cream.
