Just read this article you posted. How true is that!
I only get approx. 4-5 hrs of sleep a night. I find I can't sleep more than 4 to 5 hrs.
I've tried to go to sleep earlier than my usual 1-2am, but I still wake up in 4-5 hrs. And I hate waking up at 4:30am if I fall asleep ~ 11:30pm! Nothing to do at that time of day!
