Glad to have found this site, I have been low carbing for about 6 months now. So far I'm down about 60 lbs, but help and support still appreciated.

Congratulations on your 60 pound loss!!! :cheer: That's absolutely fabulous. You'll find lots of information on this site, as well as lots of fun people helping each other through many ups and downs. I have no Low Carb friends in my town and this site has helped me to stick to my LCing. Many people keep journals; you'll see a little journal symbol on the bottom right of people's posts. Reading through some journals and saying "HI" is a great way to meet people!
