I just started them last week. I love the workouts. Difficult the first few days, but definitely something I can live with. The ab workouts are tremendous - I'd been doing those for about a month before I actually started the workout tapes. Definitely see improvement.

Yep, saw 'em one night while enjoying a late night carb fest about 4 months ago. Figured I buy them, but never got around to actually starting the program 'til last week. Go to beachbody.com to check them out.
