After Reading Sticky's post 3rd I figured he's right and wanted to introduce myself to everyone and say hello and hope to chat and post with everyone during my new venture to a healthier happier life. :wave:

Welcome CharlieBIG! You're going to feel so silly with that name when you reach your goal! You'll have to change it to CharlieLITTLE. :D

Welcome to the forum, the Triple Digits Club, and to a wonderful new way of eating (WOE), Charlie!

You'll see from my stats that it's entirely possible to turn yourself around by eating LC and exercising. Forget most of what you've learned in the past from low cal, low fat eating. This is much more fun and hunger is a thing of the past...
