I went shopping today for pants and a dress-lost a whole pant size (almost two, yet they were a little too tight) and I in in the regular cloths store for the dress!

I looked so hot in the dress!

Thats great I remember when I lost my 1st pants size actally I was scared to go shopping for so long that when I did I lost 2.

Thanks so much for all the support! I love this site, 'cause it is so hard to find low carb support from people. People are so against it in Philadelphia. I guess it's a west coast/east coast thing or something?

that is really great keep up the good work!!

my bosses were really cool about me loosing weight, and they got me 5 blouses and 2 pants to give me an incentive to keep loosing. isn't that cool? they are super supportive.
