Vivid Dreams

Has anyone else noticed that on induction they get real vivid dreams. I never used even remember my dreams. Just curious

This is so crazy but since I've been LCing, about three times a week I dream that I am pigging out on carb food! Twinkies, Snickers, Ice cream...you name it I am chowing down on it! I swear I can almost taste it too! The funny thing is when I wake up it takes me a minute to realize I really didn't cheat...that it was all just a dream. Weird, huh?

yes maam, I have been having nightmares and totally werid dreams! I kinda freaked out....I mean, I have had weird dreams before, but since i started Lcing 3 weeks ago, man have they been crazy! At least I know I am not the only one! :daze:

Hi,

supplement of vitamin B12 gives very vivid dreams.
BTW, I also had dreams of eating illegal stuff on Induction LOL "the bread nightmare".

Boy do I feel better now.
I have been having carb pig out dreams and dreams that i find i am eating carbs and don't realize it unlit I have cleaned the plate. I was freaked out. At first I woke up thinking I cheated but I have been so good. No I did not cheat but i sure was worried until i came awake fully.
