Flaxseed Meal ????

I just bought some Flaxseed Meal Can anyone give me some great recipes to use this?

Smiley.. I just posted a flax seed muffin recipe in my journal. Flaxsee Meal is just ground up flax seeds - be sure you keep it in the fridge or it can go rancid. Actually, if you search on "flax seeds", you'll find lots of muffin and cereal recipes. Good luck!
