best time to do keto sticks?
When is are you supposed to do the keto sticks? I did mine this after noon and it changed only slightly :(

For me the best time is never, my ketostick is my belt. When it gets loose, I am doing good :)
But if you really want to do the ketosticks, the best time is in the morning right when you wake up. |

Don't panic about them - focus on doing Atkins plan correctly and relax. I NEVER used those because I dont' have them in Europe and I did not bother to order them. I didn't use the ketostix for the first 2 months, then I had a major cheat WEEK :mad: :mad: and bought them just to find out how long it kicked me out of ketosis (3 days). I've heard you should do them first thing in the morning, too, because when you're drinking a lot of water it dilutes your P so the ketones aren't as concentrated. Try not to put too much stock in them, tho, and keep track of inches lost instead!

I heard that you should use them in the morning or either right after you eat or right after you excersize. All three stand to reason - in the morning to find out if you burned anything overnight, after you eat to find out if you're burning what you put into your body and after excersising to find out if your program is doing you any good.
