Real losers, show me your menus, please
 

Well, here I am after one month and about six pounds lighter then when I started Atkins-but no loss now for two weeks. Yesterday I had a nice lunch with wine and a few bites of pasta, have a piece of french bread and tiramiuso for dessert, steak and asparagus. This is the first time I went off for this special occasion. (The boss took us to San Francisco for lunch and a play).
But-I would've thought I would have shown a little more loss. Can some experienced losers show me your menus? I don't use fitday or I'd show you mine-I use Balance Log. I could post if necessary but it might be easier to see yours through a link.
