I've developed a very blotchy ( red) face, it seems to be under the skin, not acne, more like a Rosiaia (sp).

So I'm womdering if it is linked to the supplements I"m taking.
Can anyone here shed some light on this??

I'm taking

Cal/mag/zinc
Vit C
Potassium (550)
Milk thistle
L Taurine,
Just started taking Chromein (sp)
Q10,
B complex

If needed I'll post the amounts
