NEWBIE Needs Help
Ok Guys, I see you all know pretty sure what you are talking about! I have been looking over this website, but I do not find any other CKD Guide than the 101! isn't there a resource for a complete in-depth guide?
Thanks, Alex |
The CKD 101 covers the basics. You should, of course, get the book :read2: Everything else has been discussed pretty much ad nauseum in these forums - the search button up above is probably going to become your best friend (or should - it will save you waiting around for anwers ;) ).
Other than that, a few good places to start: Low-carb.org - this is a very active list (mailing list). You'll also find links to Lyle's pages when he did BodyOpus and the FAQ he wrote as a result. The best online resource (other than these pages!) IMHO are Lyle's articles at thinkmuscle.com - he covers it all here, you just have to read it (again with the reading) HTH Nat |
