the induction that doesnt end

I've been on induction(again) for 4 days and for some DUMB reason, I went and bought a few candies at the store(not many though)...but still it was enough. :p Anyways, I told myself that I have to get though induction perfectly before I will move on, to adding more carbs to my diet(if I will, I may just stay on induction if I could handle it). I'll do it though, but it seems like INDUCTION will never end. hahaha! Im doing better however, I seem to be able to last a lot longer then I used to without sugar. 4 days is a miracle for me(weird, but totally true, I pretty much ONLY ate carbs...protein rarely, veggies rarely, fat rarely...but TONS of carbs), plus I didnt REALLY REALLY crave them as much as before....but since I goofed, tomorrow is day one again, lol. I have to say I feel so much different with this sugar out of my system, I cant really explain it. Anyone else feel a lot different on this WOE?? Anyone else start induction over and over again? or is it just me.

oh, believe me, I am not even ounting the days anymore, or I would be on Induction FoREVER! Just try to stay within a reasonable limit, and don't keep starting over. (personally I have motivation problems when I do that) I think I am going to stay in the inducation mentality until I lose 30 more pounds, which then I will slow it down so that I can start to tone, firm, and make a really AWESOME low carb lifestyle. (with more veggies and crispbread!)

Will b thin,

This is my second time on Induction. Last time was 2 years ago
and I lost some weight but didn't educate myself enough about
this way of life and started to gain then I quit.
The weight came back with a vengeance and then some.
Anyways, this time I am here for good. I have been
on induction for 2 weeks now. I have decided to continue on
Induction. I have quite a bit to lose.
What has kept me going is my clothes are so tight, there
are pants I can't even button. I really went off the deep end
and I gained an awful lot of weight. I refuse to buy larger
size clothes. I have three children and I am not doing them
any good either by being so overweight.
Anyways, I am sorry for being so long winded. Thought
it might help to let you know what got me determined
to STAY on Induction. This forum has been a God send
for me. Keep reading and good luck.

2cd time around for me

hi,

i started early jan with induction and started to add foods in mid-feb (owl?) everything was great until we had a death in the family - just not possible to stick to it (not cravings, just unavailibility & no motiviation to find/prepare the right foods.) Funeral parlors suck! they only serve sandwiches and coffee.

anyway, i just did my best and am now starting over 24/3 my first day again! we'll see!

the 3 day hurdle

Hi there,

I don't know about other people, but I find the first 3 days of any kind of diet the hardest - if I can make it for 3 days then the rest of it is a piece of.....????cheese. :D

The next time you're tempted, go to the kitchen forums and find a LEGAL sweet treat that you can have. If you're going to cheat anyway, you can at least minimize the damage by making something with Splenda instead of eating sugar. You can do it!!!
