my first cheat
been doing the Atkins since Jan '03 (aught 3. . .we are doing the musical George M. . .aught. . .so funny) any way. . .I have been SO good (well)! This is a former bulimic talking. . .I have never dieted properly before in my life. And ever since starting the Atkins, cheating has not been a problem. I frosted cupcakes (25) and made a birthday cake the first week. . .did not even lick the frosting off my fingers. But saturday I went to the movies with my middle daughter and we saw "Piglet's Big adventure" :o and I got a small popcorn with butter. I thought about it and decided it is a whole grain and drissled with fat. . what the heck. Weighed in this morning. . .seems to have had no effect although I did not get to go below 250. . .was looking forward to moving that bar weight. redawn:)

Popcorn and with "movie butter" is full of sodium (5% for 1 cup). You're probably retaining a lot of water. Here are the stats for 1 cup.
