Looking for a Buddy
 

I'm looking for a buddy. I do sugarbusters with limited carbs. I would like someone who is set to lose weight but does not let dieting consume their whole mind to where they obsess. Sex, diet plan, and age does not really matter. Within a week I will be able to email at least once a day.

I'll chat with you. I don't have as much to go, but we have a similar end goal. I could be your cheering section, as long as you don't mind a little health lecture every now and then. My carb intake is at more of an Atkins maintence level. But I'm not on Atkins. I'm all natural whole, organic as much as possible, foods. I have health problems because of hi-carb processed foods and medications I taken throughout my life. Let me know if you're interested!

I'm interested. I haven't begun yet due to food poisoning. Waiting to get back to normal. I try to keep carbs under about 40 but pretty much eyeball it. HOpefully by Monday I'll be back up and ready to get on with this!!!!!!!
