distended tummy--ugh!
 

For the first time since starting LC in January, I went totally nuts today.

Triggers: being up 2 lbs today for no apparent reason; my husband leaving the house a TOTAL disaster with kids' toys everywhere; deciding to try a Balance bar, THEN reading the label to find out it had something like 18 carbs (always read the label FIRST).

Food: Ugh! After the dreadful Balance bar, I figured what the hell and ate a total of (drum roll, please) 4083 calories today, with 69 carbs. Unbelievable. I feel lousy.

I can't believe I ever ate like this before LCing. I"m glad I don't eat like this anymore.

I have decided to drown my sorrows with all the water I can stand and call it a day (and a half).

Tomorrow will be better.
