what is high gluten flour? i found it on a LC recipe. :confused:

i've seen low gluten flower but not high gluten. so i'm not sure what it is exactly.

hello newbies! if you go to the recipes forum and scroll down to tips and techniques Karen has a sticky on Gluten- aka: vital wheat gluten, aka: gluten flour there is such great info there i would only do you an injustice to try and answer here so please enjoy your getting to know this board :D and welcome!
