Can You Help Me?

I need the nutrional information and breakdown for 4 ozs of broccoli. Please help me. I don't want to go over my carbs.

6.3 oz. of cooked broccoli has 9.1 grams of carb and 5.2 grams of fiber for an effective carb count of 3.9. So 4 oz. would have 5.7 grams of carb with 3.3 grams of fiber for an effective carb count of 2.4 grams of carb.
