Hello:
How is everyone doing. Well this is week one for me on Atkins, and I lost 8lbs the first week, I'm very proud of myself. I had one week moment on yesterday where I had 4 mini Snickers which came to about 22 carbs, not good at all :wave: . But other then that it's a pretty easy diet to follow.

Thanks alot. Well yesterday I did have 1 of those mini snickers, so today I'm shooting for having none. So much for my will power. :thdown: But other then that my appetite really has decreased alot. :roll: :thup:

Ahhh, the snickers are hard to put down for sure. Although it should be in moderation, if you have to cheat, try a Atkins endulge carmel nouget bar, very snickerish and still better carb wise by far. Keep the faith, it'll get easier, promise. :D

Welcome and I understand the cheating. WE all have done it at one point or another. Once a month I find myself cheating! But the main thing is to stay in control and jump right back on the wagon. You can do it!

Thanks for the encouragement I really do need it. And yes I'm going to just get back on the ban wagon and start eating right again. I did ride my excerise bike for 40 min. on Tuesday night though.
