Noticed!
Just wanted to note that somebody else noticed my weight loss, actually 2 people that I used to work with. We work different shifts now and usually they don't overlap, actually haven't overlapped since I been on Atkins.
Well tonight was one of those rare occasions they did overlap and my old sup said "damn you have lost a bunch of weight". I am usually shy about telling people exactly how much I have lost....and just said yea i have lost a little. Then he said "looks like about 45 or 50 lbs!" How in the world somebody guessed exactly how much I have lost, I don't know ;)
Anyways, no point of this post other than it makes your day when people notice! :wave:
