Vital Wheat Gluten

Hi Everyone,

Its been 6 months since I started LC and I've lost 33 pounds so far, but I've really been having cravings for my old favorites that include flour....

I saw something today called Vital Wheat Gluten...its made from wheat but only has 6 gm carbs per 1/4 cup.

Has anyone used this stuff before? How is it in baking? Do you have to use regular flour with it or can you use it by itself? And I guess most of all...where are some recipes for it!!!

Thanks all!

John
