Panera Bread

Hi! This is my first post, but I'm glad to be here! I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion about something good to eat at Panera bread. My wife loves their sandwiches (as do I!), but obviously I can't have those. Any suggestions? Maybe the chicken ceasar sans croutons? Thanks!

That's gonna be a tough place to eat, jknepfle. You're right, the only thing on the menu that would work is a salad (especially the chicken caesar sans croutons). They have nutritional info on their website and all the soups are high carb and most of the other items center around bread and/or sugar. A sandwich without the bread isn't a bad choice, except it's messy and a bit tempting. :)

When in doubt, stick with salad! Good luck! :)
