Hi everyone, I'm stopping in to say hello and to introduce myself. I'm not quite sure yet what to say. I have been lowcarbing since Feb.15 Induction wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. I am 5 ft 3 in tall with a lot of weight to lose. I love to read the information all of you have to offer. I'm looking forward to belonging to this group and with your encouragement I will be getting smaller.
