Well.. I broke out of the 190s.. finally!

I weighed in last night at 191 and I knew Id be under 190 for the first time the next morning. I tend to lose about 2lbs overnight.

19 more to go for my goal weight!!!

I think Im realizing that the Atkins bars stall me... thats why it took so long. Ive been on Atkins for about 2 months now.. and have lost 21lbs... I feel as if I was bouncing in the 190s for a while so maybe if I cut the bars down Ill be on my way to 170 real soon.

Anyways.. I feel better, look better, eat better... its all good!

Thanks for all the support here too.. I dont think I couldve done it without all of ya... Ive learned a lot here. :thup:

Yep is'nt this a great place, I know I could not do it alone, finding this site at about the time I was looking into a low carb diet, was a gold mine for me. 8 weeks later down 20 pounds, still have to pinch myself :eek: :p

Way to go! :clap: :clap: Keep up the good work. I've recently cut down on the amount of bars also. I was averaging 1 a day. Didn't have one Sun. or Mon. but ended up having one last night.
