Message poster icons??
 

I'm new to the forum and wondered what all the pictures etc. mean under the posters name?

Been on Atkins for 3.5 weeks. lost 8 lbs the first two weeks and only one last week. :-(

Hi Amy -

For the pictures under our names - like the egg under yours... (just click on it and see how many posts you have put on this site). Also in our profiles you can add an avatar of your own picture OR the little icon pictures this forum provides. To add one you would click on profile/edit options/change avatar.

Now about your success with losing.... HURRAY! 9lbs so far!!

You know average people lose 10% of the amount of weight they have to lose during induction and only 5% of the remaining weight to lose each month after that. You are on schedule and doing great + eating whenever you are hungry and finally feeling satisfied.
