Induction phase down, Whoo hoo!!!!!!!

Well my two week induction phase is over, and I'm very excited and happy with the results. I am 10 pounds lighter!!! I think though, for the next two weeks I'll continue on the induction phase and then go from there. Any one have any hot vegetable ideas? I'm trying to get in a safe variety. Thanks, Jzruns

Wow, 10 pounds, that's great! I'm at 1 1/2 weeks and 6 pounds. I just put a bunch of collard greens in the crockpot with bacon and seasonings. That's going to taste great with my fish for dinner tonite.

Congratulation on your weight loss so far! You're both doing great! I wish I had some ideas for you, but I don't. I would love to get some recipes for hot vegetables too!
