ANy Fit Day Users?
Hello!
Im new to sugar busters.. but not to low carbing. I have been an atkid for a few years but needed a change because of stalls and boredom. Do any of you use fitday? Id kind of like to look at what people are eating and educate myself. If you do, could you list your journal link Thanks :) Michelle |

Here is what I ate today: Breakfast: shredded wheat, nitro tech bar (usual, but as I told you before, I had a crazy day and was running...) hot tea Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly on homemade bread, milk Snack: handful of peanuts Dinner: Orange Roughy, tabouli (salad of parsley, bulghur and tomatoes) I usually eat more veggies, and a few pieces of fruit each day. Yesterday I ate: Breakfast: two eggs, two whites, fried Hot tea Lunch: raw baby carrots, one piece homemade bread with sliced turkey breast, and romaine lettuce Snack: nectarine dinner: roasted chicken, (lots) broccoli Snack: two squares of Lindt 70% chocolate Does that help to see my menu?
