Seeking Advice...
Hi,
I'm new to the low carb way of eating--on my 5th day of Atkins Induction. I run 5 times per week with each run totaling about 30 minutes. I've read on here where its recommended for people to carb load when working with weights; however, I don't work with weights, yet. Now, my question is, since I do run regulary, but I don't work with weights, would it be advisable to carb load? Thanks. |
IMHO I would say NO carb load before cardio. Early morning cardio on an empty stomach is recommended and 30 mins is a good amount of time :thup:
