How many carbs on Mcmuffin w/o bread?
 

Hi... I have a nice pocket carb counter, but I was just wondering... what if I order an Egg Mcmuffin for instance... how do I know how many carbs to deduct for the english muffin. Or for a burger, for that matter. Or is it just safe to say 95% of the carbs are bread?

Sorry if this sounds like a dumb questions, but I'd like to be prepared.

I've read on this forum somewhere that people were counting it as 2 carbs without the bread. I guess that would be 1 carb for the egg and 1 for the cheese.
