questions on induction
 

I seem to find something new everyday that I don't quite understand. In the Atkin's book, it has cheese as a "free" item, but everywhere else is saying 3 to 4 oz. a day? Why is that? :wave:

It depends on which edition of Atkins you have. In the newest one there is no "free foods" list, just an acceptable food list.

He also states later on to limit cheese to 3-4 oz. during induction.
