MY GOAL:
TO workout at least 4 days a week. TO work on one muscle group a week. My hubby wanted to buy some weights. So we found a good deal at Academy. We got a bench, a weight set(160lbs .. long bar & dumbell bars). .. and a couple of different bars. . for $165 .. not too bad at all.
Its cool .. so I can do some weights at home now. |
