Chocolate Coconut Dream
 

I made these this evening....YUMMY!!!!!!!!

CHOCOLATE COCONUT DREAM :yum:

1 oz unsweetened baker's chocolate
2 TBS butter
2 TBS heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
7 packets of Splenda
1/3 c shredded coconut
1 oz roasted almonds

Melt butter and chocolate together, mix well. Add vanilla, heavy cream and Splenda. Mix until smooth. Add coconut and once again mix well. Place almonds on a plate, spaced evenly, the pour a spoonful of chocolate mixture on each almond. Chill for one hour. Enjoy!!!

Makes about 16 bite-size treats.
