Psyllium ??

Hi;

Does anyone know of Psyllium being available in capsule form? Is anyone using it, and is effective for 'regulation'?

I am pretty sure you can get it in pill form or something similar. I am not sure about regulation sorry. :daze:

I use psyllium husk in capsule form. I purchased it at vitamin world for around $10 for 200 capsules. I take 2 every morning and it has done what it is suppose to do. It may take a few days to start to regulate and you can take several times a day depending on your need. :)
