Diet Rite Cola
 

Hello Everyone,
I have a question about Diet Rite Cola. Is it okay to drink during induction? It contains zero carbs and has the sweetener Splenda.
If I remember right, Dr. Atkins says Splenda is okay to have. My husband drinks huge amounts of soda, so when he decided to come aboard with me and LC, I purchased Diet Rite. He drinks it everyday. Should he limit how much he drinks? There are several different flavors and they all are very good. Thanks

Diet Rite is a perfect soda for this way of eating. The Atkins plan dictates that you limit artificial sweeteners to three a day during induction.
