Feeling way better!
 

Hi all,
I just wanted to let you know that I am feeling much better. I have weighed in and have lost 2. 5 pounds since Wednesday. I haven't been able to keep up with the water intake the past two days, but have been back to it today.
I have dropped 12. 5 pounds since the start. I am staying on the induction part since it's easier for me to remember what I can and can't have.
Anyhow, on to more water.
