I have so enjoyed reading all of your posts!

I am newly diagnosed as hypothyroid and am discouraged because even after 5 months of treatment of Armour thyroid - now up to 210 mg a day, (morning temps still between 95 and 97 degrees during mensturation) I still am not losing weight and have been 30 pounds overweight for 20 years. Dieting does not make it budge either. So I don't know what is going on, but it helps to read from this forum.

I just went to tropicaltraditions.com, as one of you so graciuosly suggested, and ordered virgin coconut oil and "Eat Fat, Look Thin" book. It is a start in the right direction I hope.
