25 grams of fiber or not?
I know it is recommended we get 25 grams of fiber a day. My question is: Is this recommend true across all types of "diets" (WOE) or is this recommend assuming the more high-carb type diets?
Because before eating low carb, 25 grams a day wasn't hard. Now I'm having the DARNDEST time trying to get even close! Tons of salad and broccoli and I STILL have a tough time getting double digit fiber. HELP! -- Loretta |
