Hi everyone, Im new here and hopefully I will be as successful as alot of you have (I have been reading through these forums for a few days).....I am on the Carboyhdrate Addicts Diet and hopefully I will find some other people doing the same thing so that I can get some helpful hints on things to try.....I, like so many others, have tried so many diets and none of them have worked (long term)...so its my hope that this one will do the trick! Thanks for having a web site like this for people like me, who need a little help :)

I too have been doing CAD and I just wanted to let you know that if you go into Main Low-Carb Diets Forums & Support at the top of the page, and scroll way down, you will find a forum just for Cad support. I'm fairly new at this Lo-carb business, but it's nice to be able to eat real food again and be rid of the bloating and cravings.

I hope you do well and meet all your goals. Yes, this is a great site for info and support, I'm glad I found it too! :daze:
