Could someone check this recipe for me I many not have the carb count right. It looks weird to me.

Spicey Mock Mary

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

16 Oz Diced Tomatoes
4 Radishes
2 Celery Ribs
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Dried Onions
1/2 Tsp Rosemary
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tsp Salt

Remove strings from celery. Add all ingredients to blender and blend 3 minutes on high. Pour over crushed Ice.

Hi there,

According to Fitday, 16 oz raw tomatoes has 19.3g carbs...
So if the figures are for 1 serve, they're probably about right.

How about checking the whole thing with www.fitday.com ?

thanks so much. Yes it is for on serving. It really is good. I am sipping on 3/4 of a cup and it is like snappy tom mix. I like alcohol-free bloody marys and this is very close. Just need some pickled green bean and it would be perfect. I should put a celery stalk in it.
