Calcium Question

Are there any benefits to Coral Calcium versus the standard calcium supplement??

I think the general concensus around here is that there's no added advantage to taking Coral Calcium. Here's one post that might clarify: click here .

Thank you Teri, I certainly appreciated you attaching the site.I guess I just got caught up in the hype of the "Coral" promotions.

Actually, coral is more absorbable. Which means instead of taking calcium and then 20 hours later receiving the benefits, you take some and within the half hour you are actually getting the benefits of calcium.

Sorry, I am an avid believer in coral calcium. Everyone in my family that has taken it vs. regular calcium has seen near miraculous improvements.

But it is best to take calcium, no matter what kind.
