New and need a buddy or two? Me too!

This could be a lot of fun to chat about our LC plans and progress. A few stats: My second time around since September 02. I thought I could start eating cake and gaine back the 5# I lost. I am re-committed and ready to learn.

Hi

 I'm new, too, and need a buddy! so if you're willing, so am I. I just joined earlier this week, and so far this has been one of the most satisfying sites I've seen. Lots and lots of support and caring people are here. I'm here too if you'd like :D hoping to hear from you

How are you doing these days? I am on a two week vacation through the holidays. It's cold in California and it seems my appetite is warming up, too.

B - 3 low carb pancakes +vegetable glycerine syrup

L - beef patty + mozarrella cheese

Snack - nuts

D - meat loaf and brocolli

desert - whipping cream

As you can see, I am craving heavy foods.
Last week through food celebrations at work, I did not lose any weight, but I did not gain either.
see you soon.

HI,
Must confess, I have not been really good this last week! re-gained about 3-4 lbs. due to not paying attention to what goes into my mouth!!!! I'm not really very strong around all the christmas goodies everyone had at work last week..but then, on the GOOD side, I didn't overdo like I have in the past..so guess that's a plus for me... we are having my kids over for our Christmas Eve round-robin...lots of protein munchies at our house..good! :)
must go and finish my present wrapping and getting those goodies started
talk to you later.

New Day

Every day is a new day. We get to start over as many times as we need to. This is called learning. And, you learned how important it is to pay attention to what goes in your mouth.
We're learning how to eat for a lifetime, not just to lose a few pounds. Stay with it and keep in touch.
