Gyro Meat
 

does anyone know what the carb content in Gyro meat is? when purchased in the store they only give values for the complete sandwich. according to recipes ive found online it should be close to zero but who knows what the processed stuff is Hiding Thanx Ryan

We've gone to our local Greek Neighborhood and asked about the fillers... they swear that it is lamb and pork with seasoning... I asked about sugars and he guffawed and said NO WAY!

We've eaten it many times (plain or with low-carb tortillas) and have yet to go out of ketosis because of it.

There is an awesome recipe on here for tziki sauce... search for tziki and you should be able to find it. :)
