Fat Flush?

Has anyone ever looked into the Fat Flush diet? I'm looking for feedback from those who have done it. I'm hearing some good results from a co-worker based on the low carb approach.

Any input would be great! Thanks.

I did the fat flush diet for two weeks and lost 16 pounds. I had to modify the diet to be lc and ketogenic because the fruit and 8 glasses of cranberry water in the original plan caused cravings! I wrote my modified plan up and sent it to some other people as they requested. I know one person was on it for one week and lost 4 pounds. I lost my hips. It works.
