curves for women diet / heavin diet
 

I am going to begin working out at Curves tomorrow. I have heard alot of good things baout their diet as well, but my center is new and does not have the books in yet. I have a major event in 7 weeks and would like to get started ASAP. Can someone tell me a little bit about PHase I of the diet so I can get started before I read the book? I would really appreciate it!

Some other members have been discussing Curves down in the General Exercise forum. This one especially discusses the diet .. Anyone following the "Heavin Formula" (aka: Curves) diet?.
