quick question..
 
I've been LCing going on 4 weeks...my question is this...what is the magic in 30 g/day? Most days I am usually 33-35 and I am just wondering if I need to push myself just a little bit more to get right at 30 because those 3-5 g are cheats or can this diet work at that level..just slower maybe? The book doesn't (at least i can't remember) address the reason behind 30. Other than being that little bit off, I've been doing ok on this plan.

I appreciate the tips.... :)

Hi there,

What are you eating for snacks and meals? Can you post your plan for a day or a typical day? And what and how much (grams or ounces) are your "cheats" and where do they fit into your day?

I stopped coming by this site for a few weeks because I felt I did not know how to use it. Don't know much more, but you can't learn unless you try! I'm starting to read the Eades newer book PPLP and thought this is a place for some support which I badly need. Since registering on this site, I've lost #'s and then gone back to my old style of eating. I know it is not a good thing to not stay committed, but my resolve just goes away, wonder where?I'll just try,try again.
